The botanical surveys revealed a variety of micro-environments: man-made surfaces, ruderal areas, roadsides, unused strips of land, industrial buildings, fields, lawns, plantations, hedges, rows of trees, etc.
With its mix of ornamental species planted during the various phases of the mill’s development and of spontaneous species that took advantage of its closure, this flora chooses not to establish any hierarchy between horticultural and wild plants.
